Valheim Events is a raid-based action MMORPG that features a multitude of events and instances for players to challenge themselves through. Fall brings with it new challenges in the form of two sets of event dungeons, while also adding some bosses from previous raids into normal mode.
Valheim is a new event that has been released on the Valheim server. It is an event where players can fight against enemies and bosses. This guide will show you all of the raids and enemies in the Fall version of Valheim events.
Valheim’s randomly created landscapes each have their unique raiding and enemy patterns. Raids are the same no matter whatever world seed you visit, but the timing and frequency with which they begin changes. Thankfully, each of these occurrences is associated with a distinct message that details which foes are raiding and how long they’ll be assaulting for. You’ll never be taken off guard if you plan beforehand. Here’s a rundown of all of Valheim’s raid events, including what triggers them, which monsters they summon, and how long they last.
In Valheim, all Raid Events
A word of caution: Valheim’s raid events are merciless when it comes to your character. The game is already harsh, but raiding opponents will focus all of their attention on you. That’s why it’s crucial to make the finest armor, have a few weapons on hand, and eat often. Having a partner around, particularly to utilize as a distraction, is also beneficial. Nonetheless, make sure you’re constantly prepared for a battle, since raid events happen at random once their requirements are fulfilled.
The Forest Creatures are summoned by Eikthyr.
Meadows or Black Forest biomes
Small waves of Boars and Necks will assault your base for 90 seconds in the game’s simplest raid. Fight them off until the message “The monsters are settling down” appears.
This is the most basic raid in Valheim, and it starts just after you start a new world. It will keep happening until you beat Eikthyr, the first boss.
The Forest is Shifting…
Meadows, Black Forest, Swamp, or Plains biomes
After you kill Eikthyr, waves of Greydwarfs, Greydwarf Brutes, and Greydwarf Shamans will assault you. This raid will last 120 seconds and will end with the phrase “The woodland sleeps once again.”
You must defeat the second monster, The Elder, to end the raid event.
The Swamp has a foul odor.
Meadows, Black Forest, Swamp, Mountain, or Plains are the different biomes.
The next wave of foes to assault will be Draugr and Skeletons, and their raid will last 150 seconds. “The odor is gone,” it will say at the end.
Bonemass is the boss of this raid, and you must kill him to prevent Swamp monsters from invading.
From the mountains, a brisk breeze blows.
Meadows, Black Forest, Swamp, Mountain, or Plains are the different biomes.
When you face this raid, which lasts 150 seconds, beware of frozen Drakes. Once you see the phrase “The chilly wind has passed,” you may begin to relax.
You’ll need to put on your cold weather clothing, go into the Mountains, and beat Moder to stop the Drakes from attacking.
The Horde is on the move.
Meadows, Black Forest, or Plains biomes
For 120 seconds, the fifth main base raid will swarm you with Fulings, Fuling Berserkers, and Fuling Fhamans. Fight until the notice “The horde is retreating” appears.
By killing the last monster, Yagluth, you may halt any future Fuling raids.
The Earth is trembling.
Meadows, Black Forest, Swamp, or Plains biomes
This one becomes hazardous, as Trolls will attempt to stomp you out for a whole 80 seconds. Roll to safety, keeping them away from buildings, until you see this message: “The tremors begin to fade.”
This raid is triggered by The Elder’s death, although it may also be triggered by killing Trolls. This raid, like previous events triggered by boss deaths, continues to occur for the remainder of the game. The only way to prevent it is to avoid the biomes where it is triggered.
The Swamp has a foul odor.
Meadows, Black Forest, Swamp, or Plains biomes
For 120 seconds, the slimy Blobs and Oozers will slowly approach you. Avoid or cut your way through them until the message “The odor is gone” appears.
The demise of the Bonemass has resulted in the appearance of these monstrous creatures. You will never be able to halt this raid, but you may remain in the Mountains and avoid it.
Surprise Skeleton
Meadows, Black Forest, Swamp, Plains, or Mistlands are the different biomes.
The boney undead will rise for 120 seconds during this raid occurrence, until they are actually “weary of battling.”
The death of Bonemass has resulted in these shambling marauders. The only way to prevent it is to stay in the appropriate biomes. The cold of the Mountains does not appear to appeal to the Skeletons.
There’s a Sulfur Smell in the Air
Meadows, Black Forest, Swamp, or Plains are the different biomes.
Because there are so many Surtlings throwing bombs with reckless abandon, this raid may turn ugly. Their unnecessarily damaging assaults will continue for 120 seconds until the notice “The scent is diminishing” appears.
The raid may be triggered by the death of Bonemass or a large number of Surtlings. After Bonemass is destroyed, it will reappear, but you may escape it by staying in the Mountain biome.
You’re being pursued.
Mountain or Plains Biome
In this raid, keep an eye out for Wolves, since they will attempt to kill you for 120 seconds. Don’t underestimate these men; they’re ruthless. Stay on the defense and fend them off until the message “The hunt is over” appears.
After Bonemass has been destroyed, Wolves will only raid as a swarm. They will only attack players in the Mountain and Plains biomes, for example.
These are the many raid events that are presently taking place in Valheim. If any spawn circumstances change, or if any new occurrences are introduced in future releases, we’ll make sure to update this list.
