Pui Pui Molcar Let’s Molcar Party!, Bandai Namco’s planned party game for the Nintendo Switch, has received additional information through updates on its official website and YouTube channel. Aside from the minigame announcements, aesthetic enhancements and community choices were also briefly introduced.

More information on what might be the game’s major game mode, Pui Pui Racing, has been released. Of course, a couple of them were previously seen in the first trailer a month ago, but today will be the first time that some of these extra pictures (presumably from the same teaser film) are shown.
The key issue is whether or not this racing mode will include power-ups as in traditional kart games. Probably not in the same way as the original Nintendo kart game. For starters, nothing in the new material expressly explains anything slightly comparable. However, instead of “bombs” that deal offensively with other racers, the video and following recent images promise of environment-based advantages. This includes standard speed bumps and track shortcuts, which are also clearly shown.
The Pui Pui Nawabari (Turf) Battle is the second minigame featured in the most recent information update. This seems to be more of a mini-Othello, mini-Splatoon-style grid-based fighting where your goal is to paint as many squares with the color you represent as possible. There is a time restriction, but you are allowed to take as many tiles from other Molcars as you like. A UFO will also sometimes drop carrots, which will provide you a speed boost if you manage to fill up your boost gauge.
There’s also the Observe function, which allows you to roam about town and engage with other Molcars. The Mol-Shop has been enhanced, allowing you to choose and purchase additional Molcar add-ons and accessories, as you would expect. Because this is a fully paid title, the so-called Pui coins are unlikely to be used as microtransaction money, therefore accessibility shouldn’t be an issue (just yet). A photo studio is just that: a photo studio. It launches an in-game screenie editing application with minimal options for enhancing what you capture.
Finally, additional Molcars such as Codroe and Chocomint have been revealed, bringing the total number of Molcars in the game to over forty.

While the short-term goal is to just have fun with your friends while playing the game’s 10 distinct minigames, the long-term goal is to liven up your own version of Molcar Town. Players are given additional opportunities to add more components to the fluffy metropolitan scene by continually tackling the minigames.
Furthermore, players may customize their Molcars with a variety of various accessories and add-ons. This can either help you develop a one-of-a-kind party-gamer character, or it may help you generate even more interactions inside Molcar Town.
Finally, there are the Molcars themselves, who should be known to fans of the series (along with their traits and quirks). However, the main game will have at least forty Molcars to meet and collect, with the possibility of more being added as DLC in the near future.
